- Dubai Multi Commodity Center (DMCC)- This is World’s leading free zone. DMCC is in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). JLT is a mix business hub used by an ultra-modern community offering residential apartments, retails shops and offices.
- International Free Zone Authority (IFZA)- strategically situated within one of the UAE's dynamic Business Park, IFZA Dubai is a leading free zone that presents several license options that can effectively serve small local to large international businesses such as consultancy license, service license, trading license, general trading license, industrial license and holding license. It also offers flexible residence visas and facilities such as offices, warehouses, residential apartments, hotel, and retail.
- Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC)- It is a leading financial hub in Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA). It provides 100% foreign ownership and 0% income tax for 50 years. DIFC registers financial services companies and non-financial services. Dubai financial Services Authority (DFSA) is the financial services regulator for conducting financial services in and from DIFC. It is different from Federal Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) which regulates financial services in entire UAE outside of DIFC. Banking, financial services, insurance, wealth and asset management, corporate offices, professional service providers and retailers are the main businesses located in DIFC. It also allows holding companies, foundation structures and SPVs registrations.
- Dubai Airport Free Zone- (DAFZA)- it is strategically located next to Dubai international airport. DAFZA companies are allowed to setup Branch Company on Dubai mainland without office as per dual license agreement with DED Dubai. It allows 100% ownership for foreigners and zero income tax.
- Jebel Ali Free Zone- Offers 100% foreign ownership. There is 0% import and re-export tax in JAFZA.
